The house was designed for a well-known sports figure, with plenty of luxurious amenities. The ground floor accommodates the usual set of main living spaces, along with several patios that make the 14,000-square-foot house appear even bigger than it already is. On the outside, the facades of the main spaces are clad in stucco and feature prominent glass surfaces, while exposed concrete marks the position of the auxiliary spaces.
