But “systems thinking” is better because businesses or sustainability models that employ systems thinking reinforce themselves through positive feedback and “real” business gains whereas most philanthropic models don’t. Philanthropy usually presents itself in two ways: Corporate philanthropy and Individual philanthropy. While corporations want to do good, simply donating money to charity is not always smart as explained above
