Wintervacht is transforming unwanted blankets cozy, snuggly jackets that give new meaning to the term “blanket coat”. Wintervacht means “winter fur” in Dutch, and the idea was inspired by one of the designer’s chilly childhood. “Manon lived in a house without any heating so she had three old woolen blankets on top of her bed,” van Oorsouw explained to Ecouterre .
