As the evidence grows , it’s becoming more and more probable that there was once life on Mars. Nora Noffke, a geobiologist and associate professor at Old Dominion University in Virginia recently announced that she sees possible signs of life in rock formations on Mars. When these formations are compared with similar structures on Earth, they indicate that microbial life was likely present on the planet . Honda has released fuel economy ratings and pricing for the all-new 2014 Honda Accord Plug-in hybrid , which is slated to arrive in January. The EPA has rated the Accord Plug-in hybrid at 115 MPGe, which is a higher rating than other plug-in hybrid models like the Ford C-Max Energi (100 MPGe), Chevy Volt (98 MPGe), and Prius Plug-in (95 MPGe). French businessman and billionaire Vincent Bolloré just announced that he will invest $131 million in Autolib, the Parisian electric vehicle car share program that will be launched in the fall of 2011. The car share program will be modeled after the successful Parisian bike share program — called Velib — and Bolloré’s investment will go toward purchasing the bubble-shaped Bluecars that Autolib will rent by the half hour at 1,000 stations in and around Paris.
