A sprawling paper cup pavilion for World Environment Day popped up in the popular Tu?lal? Park in Tekirda?, Turkey last month. Created to raise awareness about recycling and reuse, the installation was made from 15,775 used paper cups collected from the local university canteen and firm. The washed waste cups were stapled together to form rounded, organic-inspired volumes.
