Barcelona-based design studio Lucirmás just launched Dama, a sustainably designed table lamp made from recycled materials by Australian designer Tom Allen . Each Dama lamp is made from a recycled 5-liter glass vessel commonly used to hold wine in Italy.  The beech timber base is PEFC certified, and Dama uses a low-energy Plumen 001 light bulb which can last up to eight years. Perfect as a table lamp for a variety of settings, Dama is entirely handmade in Barcelona with the highest attention to detail and craftmanship. Each lamp is also personally numbered. + Dama + Lucirmás + Tom Allen The article above was submitted to us by an Inhabitat reader. Want to see your story on Inhabitat ?
