CSX Transportation , New York State officials and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) joined together today to unveil the second GenSet low-emissions locamotive in Selkirk, New York. The locomotive was funded partially by the EPA and CSX, and will be used at Selkirk yard helping to reduce harmful emissions in the area.
