Japan-based architecture firm Kengo Kuma & Associates  has been named as the winner of the design competition for a new Paris Metro station. The 45,000-square-metre metro stop, located in the northern suburb of Saint-Denis, is one of three new stations that will be built to extend the Paris Metro network. Kengo Kuma & Associates’ winning design will be a nine-story complex, including shops, a business center, and a library.
