The Toyota Prius revolutionized the world of hybrid cars . Now Toyota is set to dominate hybrid minivans with the upcoming Prius minivan, set to hit showrooms early next year! According to Toyota, the lithium-ion powered minivan will feature a high fuel economy and a large interior, with 3 rows of seats that can hold 5 to 7 people. The brainchild of industrial designer Christian Vollmer is a chainless bike that has been designed using a pedelec system that works in tandem with a new belt system. The bike is intended for all those who don’t want to walk into work exhausted.

The subjects are often banal; this year it is a design of a Metromover elevated rail station. But the results are anything but banal; computers have put so much power into the hands of designers that the presentations are mind-blowing
