Not only are these threads organic and carefully crafted, but as a stand against all that garment thrash and trash we’ve been hearing about from the likes of H&M , John Patrick salvaged 8,000 plastic hangers direct from the dumpster and created a beautiful and intricate lattice backdrop for his latest show.
