Do you have an ache this big?  For those of us who take medication to help soothe the pain, here’s something interesting to keep in mind: a dose that is prescribed to you or directed on the bottle is not just a suggestion – it’s what your body will take in.  Our bodies only use a fraction of any drug we take and the rest goes through our system and out with our body waste which is then flushed into the water system.  Pharmaceuticals in this water seriously affect ecosystems, and not in the right way. So for your own sake and that of the water supply, don’t take more medication than you need.

Chemical hair dye ingredients contribute to both environmental pollution and a variety of health problems.

Ahh, the lovely feeling of skin after a close shave. Invigorating for both the boys and the girls! And while it seems the common shaving cream always does a nice job getting you to your smoothest, perhaps you should take a closer look. Many shaving creams have all sorts of allergens and potentially harmful chemicals to make that puffy cream

Ladies, let’s get real about something for a second: women, on average, experience a lifetime menstruation span of 41 years, so it’s estimated that 2 billion sanitary pads and 7 billion tampons are dumped into the North American environment each year. More than 170,000 tampon applicators were collected along U.S. coastal areas between 1998 and 1999

Head’s up kids, what you are about to read is not one of our sexier tips and it’s definitely not for the weak at heart. So you know when you go into a public restroom and someone hasn’t bothered to flush they’re number 1? Annoying right?
