Inspired by the biological diversity of the San Marcos River,  JB Public Art recently installed their LED lighting sculpture, Fish Bellies , on the Texas State University campus. Mirroring the progress of a school of fish, Fish Bellies reflects the social and communal spirit of the university’s campus.
