Nearly every urban cyclist has had to contend with tire detritus at some point. If you’re a city-dwelling bicycle aficionado , you likely know it well: the inevitable sand, mud, and gravel that your bike tires pick up while you’re riding around town inevitably make their way into your home when you carry your trusty steed indoors. To improve indoor bike storage for urban cyclists, the Latvia-based start-up company Velo Sock has developed a unique and innovative bike cover, which is all about keeping your room clean in the most stylish way possible.  Velo Socks are uber-stretchy to fit over any bike frame, covering the tires and keeping your space clean. These bike socks also keep your walls safe and clean while you’re hauling your bicycle up stairs and down hallways. Available in several different colors and patterns, you can choose one that matches your home’s decor so your bike transforms into a gorgeous work of art when it’s not in use. + Velo Sock The article above was submitted to us by an Inhabitat reader.
