New Orleans-based architect Stefan Beese dove headfirst into recycled design by converting a defunct dumpster into a pristine backyard pool ! The Pool Box is made from a 22′ x 7′ steel refuse container that has been lined with protective foam insulation and clad in pine wood slats. Best of all, the design’s modular nature means that it can be easily packed up and transported to another location should the need arise. + Dumpster Dive DeLux + Stefan Beese Via Nola.com The article above was submitted to us by an Inhabitat reader.
