Designer Daniele De Santis created Comoditi , a modular and elegant headboard that can effortlessly spruce up any bedroom. Made up of pillows of different sizes and colors, Comoditi is completely customizable to your needs and moods. The headboard is made of two parts: a wall-fitted structure and a series of pillows attachable with Velcro. The soft pillows are upholstered with removable and machine-washable eco-friendly cotton fabric that’s safe for those with sensitive skin. The wall-fitted structure is built from lacquered medium-density fiberboard with water-based paints and comes with two shelving units on each end. The Comoditi fits a range of bed sizes, from single to king-size, and is available for purchase on Formabilio . + Comoditi The article above was submitted to us by an Inhabitat reader. Whether it’s rain or snow, most of us are approaching the time of the year when we begin to spend more time indoors, leaving the fresh outdoors ’til spring. Now is the time to check your furnace filter to ensure good indoor air quality and furnace fan efficiency. Furnace filters are used to remove visible and microscopic contaminants from the air circulated by the Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems in our homes.
