R-House , designed by Della Valle Bernheimer and Architecture Research Office, is a cozy looking home that meets Passive House standards for energy efficiency and serves as a model for sustainable and affordable residential design. As a winner of Syracuse University’s “From the Ground Up” competition, the house is intended to help revitalize a blighted neighborhood in Syracuse, NY.
