The architects took care to incorporate several Danish best practices to address flooding, a problem the city is prone to. As a result, a 250 meter long body of water runs through the site, forming the spine of the master plan with its elegant sweeping curve. Moreover, verdant terraces punctuate the mass of buildings offering a calming environment that is evocative of an older Mumbai.
