The shores of Alaska’s Prince William Sound are littered with the carcasses of tens of thousands of seabirds  after a mass die-off that scientists say could be caused by climate change. Federal wildlife officials say the birds, all of a species known as the common murre, starved to death. The all-new 2016 Chevy Volt is officially on sale, but if you live in any other state besides California, you’ll be disappointed to hear that you may not be able to buy the new Volt. Initially it was reported that GM was going to limit the initial availability of the 2016 Volt to just 11 states, but now GM has decided to limit even further to only California. The news is obviously a big blow to plug-in hybrid buyers who may have been excited about the new Volt and its extended electric driving range.
