With the help of some pro-active social-networking on Facebook, the UCLA campus is being transformed into a new food cooperative. ‘GOOD Maker’ collaborated with UCLA’s BGreen Consulting to launch the Green Solutions Competition. The competition called out for ideas that could help improve the sustainability of the school. The winning team was the UCLA Student Food Collective , who managed to drum up support for an on-campus food organization that now has around 40 members.
