The University of Chicago has been selected as the location for the new Barack Obama Presidential Library and Museum . The proposal beat Columbia University, the University of Hawaii, and the University of Illinois at Chicago in the bid for the new home of the presidential library which will be built in Chicago’s South Side Park .
