It’s the ultimate nightmare scenario: all of BP ’s attempts to stanch the Gulf Oil disaster (including drilling relief wells) fail. Not only do the relief wells fail, but the broken pipe starts leaking in other places and the sea floor starts to collapse from growing instability. The result is a massive rift in the ocean floor that spews upwards of two billion gallons of oil into the Gulf before the reservoir is exhausted

Oil is still leaking from the broken well in the Gulf, and this adorable little boat just might be what the cleanup crews need to get rid of oil covered grass and plants in the marshy wetlands of the Gulf Coast. Its called the Weedoo and it was originally created as an all electric alternative to emissions-heavy gas-powered airboats. It turns out the versatility of this little guy could be a big help in the biggest environmental disaster of our country’s history
