Mercedes-Benz  is giving us its vision of the future with its latest concept vehicles, like the F 015 Luxury in Motion concept . Now the automaker is at it again with the Vision Tokyo concept that has debuted at the 2015 Tokyo Motor Show . On the outside, the Vision Tokyo concept looks like a sleek city friendly van, but inside and under the hood it’s packed with technologies and luxuries that will be available in the not too distant future. Although electric cars have become more popular over the last few years, there are some automakers that still don’t believe that electric cars are the long-term answer to reducing our reliance on fossil fuels. Toyota is clearly one of those automakers, focusing instead on hydrogen fuel-cell cars as a more viable solution. This fall Toyota’s first fuel-cell vehicle , the Mirai is scheduled to arrive, but Toyota is already thinking about the future with the new FCV Plus fuel-cell concept that is going to debut later this month at the Tokyo Motor Show. The fuel cell vehicle segment has seen new life this year with the introduction of the Hyundai Tucson fuel cell vehicle and the launch of the Toyota Mirai . Now Honda is getting ready to enter the ring with its own hydrogen car – and it just unveiled the vehicle ahead of its official debut at the 2015 Tokyo Motor Show . The Honda FCV has room for five passengers and according to Honda’s estimates, the fuel cell vehicle will have a driving range around 435 miles. That’s much longer than the Mirai’s 312-mile range , and it will only take around three minutes to refuel the hydrogen tank.
