Study finds that common chemicals may bring on early menopause in women

Endocrine-disprupting chemicals  have been blamed for a litany of problems, like cancer and infertility, and we can now add early menopause to the list, too. A new study found that these types of chemicals, found in everything from nail polish to perfume, can actually hasten menopause – and not just a little bit. Women with higher levels of chemicals appeared to start menopause a full 2 to 4 years earlier than their lower chemical counterparts.
